焦炉装煤孔泵送密封料的研制

摘    要:为改善焦炉装煤孔盖密封效果不佳及炉顶施工条件差等状况,采用一种泵送密封料来封闭装煤孔盖缝隙。通过实验确定泵送密封料的较佳配比,证明可以通过改变羧甲基纤维素钠的加入量来调整密封料中的颗粒沉降率,从而改善其泵送性能和密封效果。通过某厂实际应用证明,本实验获得的泵送密封料具有良好的使用效果。

Abstract:To improve the conditions that coke oven coal charging hole covers' bad sealing effectiveness and poor construction conditions on the top of coke oven,pumping sealing material was adopted to seal the gap of coal charging hole covers.The best ratio of pumping sealing material was determined through experiments.It is proved that the sedimentation proportion of particles can be adjusted in sealing material by changing the amount of carboxymethylcellulose sodium,which improves its pumping performance and sealin...
