摘    要:为把握运动式治理研究进展,本研究运用CiteSpace软件,选取2004~2021年的主题文献,绘制了关键词时区图谱和关键词共现知识图谱。研究结果表明,运动式治理演化趋势呈现4个阶段,且研究热点多集中在国家治理现代化背景下其与常规治理的关系探讨。这种关系既对立又融合,并衍生出“一体两面”的互动逻辑。相应地,运动式治理出现了“运动式常规化”和“运动式常态化”两种转化路径,这对于了解运动式治理的发展现状和未来转型有所帮助。运动式治理已成为科层组织中常规治理的纠偏工具。

Abstract:To grasp the research progress of campaign-style governance, this study used CiteSpace software and selected the theme literature from 2004 to 2021 to draw the keyword time zone map and the keyword co-occurrence knowledge map. The results showed that the evolution trend of campaign-style governance presented 4 stages, and the research hotspots mostly focused on the relationship between national governance modernization and conventional governance. This relationship was both opposite and integrated, and derived the interactive logic of "one body and two sides". Accordingly, there were 2 transformation paths of "Campaign-style bureaucracy" and "Campaign-style normalization" , which would be helpful to understanding the development status and future transformation of campaign-style governance. Campaign-style governance becomes a deviation correction tool for conventional governance in bureaucratic organizations.
