导师指导风格对理工科博士生创新能力的影响研究导学关系的中介作用

摘    要:博士生作为我国科技创新当前的重要力量和未来的主力军,其创新能力影响着国家的创新能力。本研究通过问卷调查,从博士生体验视角探析当前导师指导风格和导学关系对理工科博士生创新能力的影响。在文献研究和访谈的基础上,按照“支持”和“控制”两个维度,将导师指导风格划分为督导支持型、支持探索型、权威控制型和放任自由型4种类型。对问卷的数据分析发现,4类指导风格对博士生创新能力的影响有显著差异,督导支持型最有利于博士生创新能力发展;四类指导风格对导学关系有显著影响;导学关系对博士生创新能力有显著正向影响,并在督导支持型和支持探索型导师指导风格和博士生创新能力之间起中介作用。据此提出优化导师指导和导学关系的对策建议。

Abstract:As an important force of my country''s current scientific and technological innovation and the main force in the future, doctoral students'' innovation ability affects the country''s innovation ability. Through a questionnaire survey, this study explored the influence of the current supervision style and mentor-mentee relationship on the innovation ability of science and engineering doctoral students from the perspective of doctoral student experience. On the basis of literature research and interviews, according to the two dimensions of "support" and "control", the supervision style is divided into four types: supervise-support type, support-exploration type, authoritative-control type and laissez-faire type. The data analysis of the questionnaire found that the four types of supervision styles have significant differences in the impact of doctoral students'' innovative ability, and the supervise-support type is most conducive to the development of doctoral students'' innovative ability; the four types of supervision style have significant impact on the mentor-mentee relationship; The mentor-mentee has a significant positive influence, and it plays an intermediary role between supervise-support type and support-exploration type and the innovation ability of doctoral students. Based on this, measures and suggestions are put forward for optimizing the relationship between mentor guidance and mentoring.
