人工智能对职工劳动收入份额的影响基于技能偏向视角的实证研究

随着信息技术的发展，劳动力市场和国民收入分配受到冲击。人工智能在制造业的应用将会影响企业内部初次分配中劳动和资本要素的份额。本研究基于技能偏向视角，通过2015~2019年计算机、通信和其他电子设备制造企业的微观数据，克服宏观总量偏误，实证检验人工智能对职工劳动收入份额的影响。研究结果表明：人工智能有助于提高职工劳动收入份额；就业技能结构在人工智能提高职工劳动收入份额间发挥部分中介效应。研究还发现：人工智能对职工劳动收入份额的影响存在边际递减效应，并且人工智能对出口企业的作用更明显。研究对适应智能社会的收入分配改革和教育培训制度具有参考价值。

Influence of Artificial Intelligence on Worker Labor Income ShareEmpirical Study Based on Skill Bias

With the development of information technology, the labor market and national income distribution have been impacted. The application of AI in manufacturing industry will affect worker labor income share and capital factors in the initial distribution within enterprises. Based on the perspective of skill bias, this paper uses micro data from computer, communications and other electronic equipment manufacturing companies from 2015 to 2019 to overcome macro total errors and empirically test the impact of AI on worker labor income share. The results show that AI helps to increase worker labor income share, and the employment skill structure plays a part of the mediating effect between AI and worker labor income share. The study also found that the impact of AI on worker labor income share has a marginal decreasing effect, and the effect of AI on export enterprises is more obvious. The research has reference value for the income distribution reform and education training system to adapt to the intelligent society.
