金融IT企业技术创新绩效的影响机理与评价研究

金融IT是中国信息化建设程度最高的行业之一，其将信息技术服务应用于金融业，为金融机构提供软件开发、系统集成、规划咨询等一体化IT服务，技术创新是金融IT企业的主要创新活动。本研究选取部分代表性企业为对象，运用因子分析法对金融IT企业技术创新绩效影响因素进行降维处理，并在此基础上结合层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对个体案例进行评价。研究结果表明：技术创新条件、外部环境、内部支持力度、需求驱动、信息交流、行业情况、资源基础、资源配置是金融IT企业技术创新绩效提升的主要驱动力量；创新产品营销费用、管理者创新素质、研发成功率均显著正向影响金融IT企业的技术创新绩效。

Research on the Influence Mechanism and Evaluation of Technological Innovation Performance of Financial IT Enterprises

Financial IT industry is a emerging industry, is one of the industries with the highest degree of informatization construction in China. Financial IT provides some integrated IT services such as software development, system integration, planning and consulting, and applies information technology to serve the financial industry. Technological innovation is the main innovation activity of financial IT enterprises, which plays a key role in the development of financial IT industry, and its performance evaluation of technological innovation has great significance meanings. This paper selects some representative financial IT enterprises as the research objects, uses the factor analysis method to reduce the dimension of the influencing factors of technological innovation performance of financial IT enterprises. And on this basis, combines the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate individual cases. The results show that there are eight major factors for the main driving forces of technological innovation performance of Financial IT enterprises, which include technological innovation conditions, external environment, internal support, demand-driven, information exchange, industry situation, resource base and resource allocation. And Marketing cost of innovative products, innovation quality of managers and success rate of R&D have a significant positive impact on technological innovation performance of financial IT firms. Finally, the research conclusions and suggestions are drawn, hoping to provide some suggestions and theoretical guidance for the financial IT enterprises to carry out technological innovation activities.
