| 摘 要： | 考虑到健康养老产业的政府与社会资本合作（ Public-Private Partnership, PPP）项目相较于其他种类的PPP项目对风险因素更为敏感，研究了健康养老产业PPP项目的关键风险因素，使用文献法、德尔菲法确定了8大类22个风险因素。并在此基础上针对项目运行过程中的关键风险因素，提出了针对性的解决意见。本研究具有一定的理论和实际意义。

Research on Key Risk Factors Influencing Public-Private-Partnership(PPP) Projects in Health and Care Industries |

| Abstract: | Considering that compared with other types of Public-Private-partnership(PPP) projects, projects of the health care industries are more sensitive to risk factors, the study on the key risk factors affecting PPP projects in health care industries was conducted, and 22 risk factors in 8 categories were determined by using the literature method and the Delphi method. Then, aiming at the key risk factors inthe process of project operation, corresponding solutions were put forward. The study has certain theoretical and practical significance. |
