高温复合固硫剂固硫率影响因素的灰色关联分析

摘    要:基于燃煤中高温复合固硫剂实验的固硫率数据,利用灰色系统理论,对影响固硫率的各个相关因子分别进行关联度分析,得出排序为:反应时间、钙硫比、添加剂用量、固硫剂粒度、炉温,为现场工业试验宏观调控和可行决策提供参考。

Abstract:The gray correlation analysis is calculated between the sulfur capture efficiency and main impact factors according to the results of the experiments on the compound fixed-sulfur sorbent during coal combustion at high temperature.Results show as follows: reactive time,calcium-sulfur ratio,additives amount,sorbent granularity and temperature in furnace.This study also offers the reference to industry test on-the-spot.
