纳米碳酸钙表面改性研究

摘    要:采用间歇低温碳化法制备出纳米碳酸钙微粒,用改性剂进行处理.通过XRD、FT-IR、TEM、BET及测定吸油值的方法对其进行结构和性质的研究,并对反应机理作了讨论.结果显示:改性剂增加到10%时,吸油值可降低至38.86 gDOP/100 gCaCO3,活化度能达到100%,表明改性后的纳米碳酸钙由亲水性变为疏水性.

Abstract:Using the way of low-temperature carbonization,nano-calcium carbonate particles were prepared,and it was modified by using the modifier.Through XRD,FT-IR,TEM,BET and measuring the oil absorption number,the structure and nature were characterized.The reaction mechanism was discussed.The results showed that when the modifier is up to 10%,the value of oil absorption number is 38.86 gDOP/100 gCaCO3;the activation grade of the modified namo-calcium carbonate reached 100%.It shows the surface of the nano-CaCO3 wa...
