摘    要:气垫式金属板带材连续热处理炉内流速场,关系到板带材漂浮的稳定性以及加热温度的均匀性。本文从偏微分方程的探讨入手,建立差分方程,并用SIMPLE算法求解,最后获得符合规律的三维速度分布值,对于气垫炉的设计与生产,具有一定的实际指导意义。

Abstract:The velocity field in air cushion furnaces for continuous heat treatment of metal plate-strip is related to the floatation stability and heating temperature homo- geneity of plate-strip. Based on the research of partial differential equation, we have formulated the finite difference equation. And we have also worked it out by using SIMPLE algorithm. The distribution values of three-dimensional velocity which correspond with the rule are then gained. The results mentioned above will be practically useful for the design and production of air cushion furnaces.
