| Abstract: | The Fourth Plenum of 16th CPC Central Committee pledges to "put the construction of a harmonious society as top priority". This article analyses the great social background of this thought, analyses its theoretical as well as practical guidance upon China' s socialist modernization. Focusing on how to construct a harmonious society, this article puts forward some practical and feasible suggestions. |
