摘    要:讨论水介质分散法制备EVA热熔胶粉末工艺中,温度、转速、表面活性剂用量、料水比等因素对粉末产率、产物形状和生产效率的影响.结果表明,当反应温度为170℃,转速为400r/min,表面活性剂用量为2.7%,料水比在1∶4~1∶5之间时制备的粉末产率较高.符合生产要求的粉末(粒径为425~250μm)产率高达80.3%.

Abstract:We discussed the effect of temperature,rev,surfactants and binder-water ratio on the product in the powder preparation of hot-melt-adhesive EVA.It was shown that the productive rate of adhesive is the largest when temperature was 170 ℃,rev was 400 r/min,surfactants ratio was 2.7% and binder-water ratio was 1∶4~1∶5.The productive rate of adhesive EVA powder with particle diameter of 425~250 μm was up to 80.3%.
