摘    要:运用冷态模化试验和热态管壁温度测试的方法分析再热器超温的原因,设计改造方案,并进行了具体实施,取得了很好的效果,为解决同类锅炉受热面超温问题提供有效措施.

Abstract:Overheating causes of the reheater in No.7 boiler of Xuzhou Power Plant were analyzed by testing cold modeling and measuring boiler tube temperature.Hence,corresponding solutions were presented and proved effective in solving the problem of reheater overheating.The solutions will be of great use for similar problems of boiler reheaters.
