| 摘 要： | 介绍了接入网的结构和网络管理，讨论了通信领域中的光接入技术和无接入技术，并对两种技术各自的优缺点进行了对比，最后，提出了一种综合运用两种接技术以减轻电信网络的建设和维护工作的新方法。
