恶劣地质环境下埋地钢管道的防腐

摘    要:用于输送城市煤气的埋地钢管道的外壁会因土壤的原因产生化学腐蚀和电化学腐蚀。应采用特加强级沥青绝缘层防腐法,阻断或减低金属管壁与土壤之间的接触,达到防腐的目的。要特别注意防腐材料的选用,并规范作业过程。

Abstract:The external wall of buried steel pipeline used for the transmission of urban gas will be corroded chemically and electrochemically because of the reasons of the soil. The preservative process of the specially strengthened asphalt insulation layer should be adopted to blockade or reduce the contact between the metal pipe-wall and the soil for the purpose of anti-corrosion. Should pay great attention to the selection of anti-corrosive materials, and regularize the operation process.
