| 摘 要： | 针对空间可分级视频编码中编码复杂度高、计算量大的缺点,利用编码层间的模式相关性,提出一种快速层间帧内预测算法.本算法通过分析编码层之间的模式分布规律,由基本层信息指导增强层编码,减小增强层中备选模式数量,从而提高编码速度.实验结果表明,在PSNR和比特率微小变化的情况下,该方法使编码时间平均下降了34.48%,有效提高...
