摘    要:为了减小水泥稳定碎石基层材料收缩变形量,增强其抗裂能力,向水泥稳定碎石材料中掺加了适量聚丙烯纤维。通过对比研究掺加聚丙烯纤维水泥稳定碎石和普通水泥稳定碎石各龄期的无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度、抗压回弹模量、疲劳寿命和抗裂系数等路用性能指标,认为聚丙烯纤雏能够显著改善水泥稳定碎石材料的路用性能。最后,通过观察实体工程芯样照片和调查早期裂缝数量,进一步验证了掺加聚丙烯纤维水泥稳定碎石基层路用性能的优越性。

Abstract:To low the shrinkage of cement-stabilized aggregate mixture, this paper applied fibre to improve the anti-cracking performance of cement-stabilized aggregate mixture. A lot of tests are carried out to determine the unconfined compression strength, anti-splitting strength, anti-compression modulus of resilience, fatigue life and anti-cracking strength of the mixture with fibre. The obtained datum through tests are compared with the one of mixture without fibre. The comparision results show that the mixture with fibre has better road peformance than the mixture without fibre. 12 tabs, 2 figs, 6 refs.
