钩针变形计算的单位载荷法

摘    要:针织机的钩针在受力状态下,其变形的计算对检验钩针及其配合件的设计正确与否,具有重要意义。单位载荷法是一种简单、直观、实用的钩针变形计算法,它有别于复杂的传统计算法。通过一元函数定积分,单位载荷法可以迅速地分析钩针的变形量。

Abstract:The bearded needle is one of the major parts of knitting machine. When it is forced, calculating of it's elastic deformation is very important for examining the design of the bearded needle and it's concered parts. The unit load method is a simple, easy and practical calculating method which differs from the complicated traditional ones. It can analyse and calculate the elastic deformation of the bearded needle rapidly by the way of definit integral.
