陕西省综合实力与差异性研究——基于主成分-聚类分析法

目的研究陕西省各城市综合发展水平以及不同城市之间的差异性和相似性,找出各城市在发展中的优势与劣势。方法选取2016年陕西省各地区生产总值、人口自然增长率以及常住人口总量等11项可以表现综合实力的指标数据,运用主成分分析法与聚类分析法对各地区综合发展水平进行评价。结果陕西省内综合实力差异较大,其中西安、咸阳、榆林、宝鸡、渭南综合实力分列前五位,但各地区发展优势以及成因各不相同。结论在今后的政策制定以及投资偏向上根据地区差异区别对待,陕北地区应注重科技产业投入,以加快经济结构的转变;关中地区应加强东西部联系,实现区域合作共同发展;陕南地区则应增加相应基础设施投入,以带动经济增长。

Analysis and evaluation on comprehensive strength and discrepancy in Shaanxi Province on the basis of principal component and cluster analysis

Purposes—To investigate the comprehensive development level of all cities in Shaanxi Province ,China ,research the differences and similarities among different cities ,and find the advanta-ges and disadvantages of each city in its development . Methods—11 indicators of comprehensive strength ,including GDP ,natural population grow th rate and total population of permanent residents and many more in the regions of Shaanxi Province in 2016 were selected for study of the abovemen-tioned purposes .The principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used to evaluate the level of regional development .Results—The comprehensive strength in Shaanxi Province differed greatly . Among them ,the top five overall strengths were listed in Xi'an ,Xianyang ,Yulin ,Baoji and Weinan , but the strengths and causes of development varied in different regions .Conclusion—In the future , policy formulation and investment bias should be treated differently according to regional differences . In northern Shaanxi ,investment in science and technology should be emphasized in order to speed up the transformation of economic structure .In Central Shaanxi Plain the ties between the eastern and west-ern regions should be strengthened so as to achieve common development of regional cooperation .In southern Shaanxi ,the corresponding infrastructure should be increased to stimulate economic grow th .
