海洋防污涂层用含氟聚合物设计研究进展

摘    要:目的综述用于海洋防污涂料的含氟聚合物设计研究进展,为开发研究新产品提供参考。方法参考国内外相关文献40余篇,对于海洋防污涂层适用的含氟聚合物材料的设计研究进展进行简要概述。结果主要对于液晶性结构和两亲性结构含氟聚合物涂层材料分子的设计研究进展进行了概述,综述了近年来关于含氟聚合物的分子设计和防污性能之间关系的相关研究,展示了基于含氟聚合物的海洋防污涂料最新成果。结论杀生型海洋防污涂料由于环保和健康方面的问题受到人们的广泛关切,环境友好的基于含氟聚合物的低表面能抗污损型和污损脱落型防污涂层成为未来的重要发展方向。

Abstract:Purposes—To review the research progress of the design of fluoropolymer for marine antifouling and fouling release coatings ,and to provide a reference for the research and development of new products .Methods—The progress in the research and design of fluoropolymer materials for ma-rine antifouling coatings w as introduced by summarizing more than 40 pieces of the related literature at home and abroad .Results—The research progress in the design of molecules of fluoropolymer with liq-uid crystal and amphipathic structures which is used for the coat materials was reviewed ,meanwhile , the related research into the relationship between the design and antifouling performance of the molec-ular of fluoropolymer in recent years was summarized ,thus showing the latest achievements of marine antifouling coatings based on fluoropolymer .Conclusion—Nowadays ,the problems with regard to envi-ronmental protection and health which are caused by biocidal marine antifouling coatings have aroused wide concern in public ,so ecofriendly marine antifouling and fouling release coatings based on the fluoro-polymers with low surface energy is one of the important development directions in the future .
