三元催化转化器转化效率影响因素分析

摘    要:针对三元催化转化器的起燃特性,建立转化器的数学模型.给出数值求解方法,讨论了在起燃阶段,进气性质、氢气、孔密度和空速等因素对转化效率的影响.结果表明,增加进气温度,增大孔密度,可缩短起燃时间,提高转化率;适当增大空速有利于提高转化率.

Abstract:According to the light-off behavior of three-way catalyst, the mathematical model has been developed. Mathematical model was solved by finite difference. It was discussed that inlet gas property, hydrogen, cell density and space velocity can affect the converter efficiency in the light-off period. The results show that light-off time can be reduced by increasing inlet gas temperature and cell density. Conversion efficiency also can be improved by increasing space velocity.
