| 摘 要： | 假冒伪劣商品对我国社会和经济发展具有十分严重的危害性，其产生的原因主要是管理混乱、执法部门对制假、售假行为打击不力等，因此要杜绝假冒伪劣商品就必须加大打击力度，有效制约地方保护主义，加强政府管理，维护公平竞争环境及加强技术监督的职能作用等。

| Abstract: | The fake and inferior commodity has very serious harmfulness to the social and economic development of our country,the main causes are that management is confused and the law enforcement agency fails to strike at manufacturing the fake and selling the false.To stop the fake and inferior commodity,we must devote more efforts to attacking,prevent the local protectionism effectively,strengthen government's management,safeguard fair competitive environment and invigorate function of the technical supervision. |
