黑龙江省小城镇发展现状及对策研究

发展小城镇是我国城市化和现代化的必由之路.黑龙江省位于我国东北边陲,有其独特的地理区位和自然经济基础,在小城镇发展问题上也应有自己独特的思路和发展格局.以实事求是、因地制宜的原则,对黑龙江省小城镇作了类型上的划分.多角度地评估了其发展现状,分析了黑龙江省小城镇发展中存在的问题,并提出了加快黑龙江省小城镇发展的几点对策.

DISCUSS THE CURRENT SITUATION AND RESEARCH THE COUNTERMEASURE OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL TOWNS IN HEILONGJIANG

The development of small towns is the necessary way to urbanization and modernization in China.Heilongjiang locates on the northeast frontier,has special geography position and nature economic basis,so it must be different from other parts of China in term of small town development.On the base of giving the introduction of concept of small towns,I discuss the necessity of the development of small towns in Heilongjiang Province or in China,then comply with the principle of practicality and realism,adjust measurement to local condition to form a distinguished dyevelopment style,this paper classifies small towns into modes.At the same time I evaluates the current situation of the development of small towns from many a angle,then analyzes the existing problem of it,based on that,I explicates the study of the countermeasure about quickening the development of small towns in Heilongjiang.
