南京紫金山主要植物挥发物成分与含量分析

摘    要:用气相色谱/质谱联用技术对南京市紫金山24种植物挥发性物质的化学组成进行了测定和分析。结果表明:24种植物中共检测出萜烯类、醇类、酮类、醛类、酯类、醚类、酚类及烷烃类等8类165种化学成分,其中,以萜烯和醇类为主。萜烯类物质相对含量最高的是白玉兰,其含量占挥发性物质总量的71.99%;其次是扶芳藤(66.56%)、青桐(50.30%)及冬青(8.14%)。醇类物质相对含量最高的是冬青,其含量占挥发性物质总量78.53%;其次是黄连木(72.99%)、荚蒾(66.69%)、枫香(58.81%)、麻栎(56.10%)、香樟(54.46%)及白玉兰(7.48%)。

Abstract:The ingredients and their contents of volatile organic compounds from 24 tree species in Nanjing Zijing Mountain were analyzed with GC-MS.The results showed that 165 compounds were determined in the 24 sorts of plants,and they composed terpenes,alcohols,ketones,aldehydes,esters,ethers,phenols and alkanes.The main volatile organic compounds in the tested plants were the terpenes and the alcohols.The terpenes content in Magnolia denudata was the highest accounted for 71.99 % of total volatile organic compound...
