摘    要:对合肥工业大学实验人员队伍结构的现状进行了分析,指出实验人员队伍存在结构组成不合理,职称偏低、学历偏低等问题。在综合分析高等学校实验人员队伍建设落后原因的基础上,提出从制订规划和明确建设目标入手,建立各种积极有效的考核制度与激励机制;并通过提高进入标准、加强在职教育、分级设岗和分类考核管理等措施,逐步提高实验人员队伍的整体素质。给出了近年来合肥工业大学在实验室队伍的建设方面所采取的一些举措和成效。

Abstract:The article conducts an analysis on the current situation of experiment personnel team in Hefei University of Technology. It points out that the composition of experiment personnel team is unreasonable, and their professional title and educational background are low. After analyzing the reason underlying this situation, it suggests building positive examination system and incentive mechanism, and reinforce on-job training and classified examination to promote the increase of the experiment team quality. Some measures and achievements in the construction of experiment team of Hefei University of Technology are presented.
