| Abstract: | This paper discusses on the active functions of the vocational education in the transfer of the rural surplus labor from five aspects of bringing about the material benefits to the local economic construction,lightening the local employment pressure,promoting the local area accept the new concepts and new techniques,expanding the student sources for the colleges and universities,and realizing the best combination of the vocational education and the ordered flow of the surplus labor. |
