机械联接单元自适应造型技术的研究

摘    要:该文将面向零件的特征造型向零件间的特征造型延伸,提出了基于虚零件的机械联接单元自适应造型方法,建立了数学模型。借助事物特性表技术,建立联接零件与虚零件,通过虚零件对被联接零件的实体模型作局部修改,将形状的特征造型、零件造型与联接单元的装配造型融于一体,在UG上实现了交互式联接单元的快速建模。

Abstract:A new method, virtual part based adaptable modeling of mechanical connecting element and its mathematics representation, is proposed, extending the feature based modeling from single part to interpart. The connecting parts and its virtual parts are established by technique of tabular layout of article characteristics.Local modification to solid model of connected parts is done by virtual part, feature modeling of connected parts,connecting part modeling and connecting element assembly are conducted simultaneously.A rapid design system of mechanical connecting elements is implemented in UG.
