| 摘 要： | 实践表明,高校海外联谊工作不但可以加快高等教育事业发展,拓展办学空间,促进学科建设,还可以提升高校良好形象。新时期创新高校海外联谊工作,应该坚持与时俱进,调动一切积极因素；以推进高校改革发展为宗旨,不断为高校海外联谊工作增添新力量,注入新活力,开拓新局面。

| Abstract: | Practice proving, working on developing Chinese overseas friendship can not only accelerate the development of higher education, but also elevate colleges' status. In the new age, the work of developing Chinese overseas friendship should be creative and constantly progressing. New energy and new power will be added in to it unceasingly, so as to promote colleges' reformation. |
