羟乙基淀粉的裂解气相色谱研究

摘    要:本文采用居里点裂解器—填充柱气相色谱系统,对羟乙基淀粉的裂解产物进行分离与鉴定,推断并证实出样品产生碎片的规律,指出羟乙基含量与乙醛峰高有线性关系,选择了最佳的PGC操作条件得到重现性、分离度较好的裂解谱图,用此方法可方便地计算出羟乙基淀粉中羟乙基含量,开辟了研究它的性能及应用的重要方法。

Abstract:In this paper, the cruie point-pyrolyzer-packing column Gc system was used for the separation and determination tne pyrolysis products of hydroxyethyl-starch.The law followed by producing this kind of sample cracking pieces was proved and deduced.Show clearly this is relationship between quality of hydroxyethyl and height of ethianal. As using best PGC analysis condition .The separation pattern of reproducible and good separation was achieved.
