甲醇氧化羰化CuCl2/C催化剂的失活与再生

摘    要:在开发甲醇氧化羰化CuCl2/C催化剂的基础上,研究了该催化剂的失活与再生。采用XRD,AES有孔结构测试等手段,对催化剂的结构变化情况进行表征,发现催化剂失活的原因是活性组分中氯流失所致。

Abstract:Based on the development of the direct oxidationand carbonylation of vapor phase methanol for DMC production, the deactivation and regeneration of the catalyst has been studied. Methods of surface analysis such as XRD, AES and pore structure analysis, were used to characterize the catalyst. Deactivation of the catalyst was attributed to the loss of chlorine, the result is comparied with simulated experiments. An organic substance is elaborately selected to regenerate the deactivated catalyst. After several times of regeneration, the activity remains unchanged
