动态矩阵控制算法的改进和应用研究

摘    要:推导了改进的动态矩阵控制算式,对其特性进行了理论分析和数字仿真,证明了该算法可以用于解决具有纯滞后的过程和非最小相位过程的控制问题,并且具有极强的鲁棒性。为了使该算法能适应时变过程的控制需要,加入了脉冲响应系数辨识,并对这种辨识进行了简化。在数字仿真的基础上,作者用Z-80汇编语言编制了自适应动态矩阵实时控制软件,闭环模拟实验证明了该控制软件可以广泛地应用于实际过程控制。

Abstract:This paper describes an improved Dynamic Matrix Control (DMC) algorithm and its characteristic based on theoretic analysis and digital simulation. The result of the study shows that DMC is able to solve the control problems of process with non-minimum and delay and it has very good robustness.In order to adapt the control of the varying process, the authers add an simplified identification algorithm of impulse response in this paper and futher program the adaptive DMC software using Z-80 assembly language. The analogy experiment of the closed-loop system proves that the real time control software can be widely used to process control.
