| 摘 要： | 线粒全DNA作为分子标记已被广泛应用于家畜育种、生物进化、发病机理、临床诊断等方面的研究，并取得了许多有价值的结果．综述了动物线粒体DNA的结构特征、遗传特征，并阐明了线粒体DNA多态性研究方法、研究进展以及线粒体DNA多态性在动物遗传育种中的应用．
