数控铣床刀具半径补偿的分析与应用

摘    要:数控铣床上进行轮廓的铣削加工时,由于刀具半径的存在,刀具中心轨迹和工件轮廓不重合.利用刀具半径补偿功能,系统就自动根据实际轮廓尺寸和刀具半径计算出刀具中心实际运动轨迹,从而简化了编程.在介绍刀具半径补偿目的和编程方法的基础上分析了刀具偏移状态的转换和编程时应注意的问题.通过实例说明B功能和C功能刀具半径补偿用法.并列举出了数控铣床刀具半径补偿的应用场合.

Abstract:Abstract: When the contour of work piece was milled with CNC milling machine, , tool center path and the work piece contours did not coincide due to the presence of tool radius. The CNC system took use of tool radius compensation function, it automatically calculated the actual tool center trajectory in accordance with the actual contours size and tool radius, which simplified the programming. After the paper introduces the purpose and programming of the tool radius compensation method ,it analyses conversion of the tool offset state and paying attention to programming questions. It states usages of tool radius compensation on B function and C function through the examples. And it outlines applications of the CNC milling machine tool radius compensation.
