| 摘 要： | 本文综述了多种多糖定量检测的方法,可分为两大类：一类是直接测定多糖本身,如高效液相色谱法、高效毛细管电泳法、凝胶渗透色谱法等;另一类间接测定法,是利用测定组成多糖的单糖来完成定量。

| Abstract: | In this paper,many methods for quantitative detection of polysaccharides are described.They can be divided into two categories：one category is the direct determination of polysaccharides themselves,such as HPLC,HCE,SEC,GCP,etc.;another is the indirect methods with the monosaccharide in polysaccharides.They provide a theoretical foundation for further development and utilization. |
