上饶地区饮用水源地现状及保护策略

上饶地区水资源丰富,该地区的社会经济随着改革开放而快速发展,但环境管理手段和环境保护措施相对滞后,居民生活和工业生产排放到水环境中的污染物日益增多,水质环境逐年向恶化方向发展,饮用水源地的保护面临严峻考验。本文介绍了上饶地区的水源地基础环境,分析了水环境现状,存在的污染源,最后提出饮用水源地的综合保护策略,意欲确保上饶地区饮用水安全。

Drinking Water Source Status and Conservation Strategy in the Shangrao Region

The Shangrao region has abundant water resources but with insufficient water environment management measures.Since China’s adoption of reform and opening-up policy in late 1970s,this region has undergone a rapid economic development,however,the water qualities have worsen over years,with growing number of pollutants from domestic and industrial sectors discharged into the watersheds year by year.Specially,great dangers have been imposed on drinking water sources.The study involves two steps,firstly,it undertook a comprehensive water resource management problem analysis in the Shangrao region and watersheds so as to highlight and canvess the overall current state,then,a final comprehensive conservation strategy of the drinking water source has been put forward with the aim to guarantee drinking water safety in the Shangrao region.
