论大学生矛盾纠纷及源头预防

当代大学生矛盾纠纷起因多样而复杂,因自制力弱而加深,因心理失常而激化,因讲情重义而扩大。引起大学生矛盾纠纷的原因是多方面的,教育引导工作没跟上是根本原因,部分大学生心理素质差是重要原因,环境因素的影响也是不容忽视的原因。从源头预防大学生的矛盾纠纷,必须加强思想道德教育和法制纪律教育,加强人际交往引导和校园文化建设,发挥好党团组织和学生骨干的作用,搞好大学生心理健康教育和咨询服务工作,建立新的矛盾纠纷解决机制,开辟解决大学生矛盾纠纷的新途径。

On College Students’ Conflicts and Disputes and the Prevention from the Sources

There are various and complicated reasons for modern college students’ conflicts and disputes.And these conflicts and disputes may be deepened because of weak self-discipline,and may be worsened because of upset mentality.Among all the possible reasons,insufficient educational and guiding work is the basic one,students’ weak mental quality is an important one,and the influence of the environment is also one that can not be overlooked.To prevent these from the sources,it is necessary to strengthen the ideological and moral education and the education in the law and discipline,to strengthen the guidance of the interpersonal contact and the construction of campus literature,to give play to the organizations of CPC and CCYL and to the core members of student,to do well in the work of college students’ mental health education and consultancy,to build new mechanism to settle the conflicts and disputes,and to explore new ways to settle the conflicts and disputes.
