| 摘 要： | 档案文化是人类社会文化发展中的重要组成部分,是人类社会文化的基础。它的文化教育价值是由档案文化的本质特性决定的。应重视研究开发档案的文化教育价值,不断拓展其价值实现的途径,使档案文化在社会主义文化建设中发挥出不可替代的重要作用。

| Abstract: | File culture is an important part in the development of the human society culture and the foundation for human social culture.Its cultural education value is determined by the essence and characteristic of file culture.We should attach importance to the research and development of the culture education value,constantly expand the approaches to realize the value,and help the culture play irreplaceable role in the construction of socialist culture. |
