摘    要:本试验采用石英砂培养大蒜,研究不同质量浓度的铅、镉对大蒜某些生理生化指标的影响。实验结果表明,随着铅、镉浓度的增加,丙二醛(MDA)积累量增多,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性呈现先增大后降低的趋势,游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量随铅、镉胁迫浓度的增加而呈升高趋势。在铅胁迫下,叶绿素呈先上升后下降的态势;而镉随着浓度的增大,叶绿素呈先上升后下降然后又上升的趋势。

Abstract:This experiment using quartz sand culture garlic,in different quality concentration of lead,cadmium in garlic some physiological and biochemical characteristics influence.Experimental results show that,with the increase of concentration of lead,cadmium and malondialdehyde(MDA) accumulation of increasing,crosses oxygen active enzyme(CAT) activity present first increases,then reduce the trend,free proline(Pro) content with lead,cadmium stress concentration increases are rising trend.In lead stress and chlorophyll a first after rising decline situation;And with the increase of cadmium concentration,chlorophyll is increased and then drop then rise.
