摘    要:宋代所设放生池之多,相关文章之多,空前绝后。放生本是佛教活动,而这些文章洗净佛教痕迹,将放生转化为王权服务、显示儒家仁爱和保护生态资源。其中有尊君的政治意义,有理学家"万物一体"的伦理意义,以及保护资源、环境的生态意义。

Abstract:The papers from the Song Dynasty about saving captive animals are more than that from any other dynasties in China.The action of saving captive animals originates Buddhism,while there is nothing about Buddhism in these papers,and the actions are interpreted to be loyal to kingship,to show Confucian benevolence and to protect natural resources.The interpretations suggest the respect for kingship in politics,the saying that all things is in one body in ethics,and the nature protection in ecology.
