| 摘 要： | 在全息干涉法中应用图象光载波法可以有效地解决刚体位移的影响,本文通过简单的悬臂梁弯曲实验,说明在全息干涉法中应用光载波消除刚体位移的方法,以期提高测试结果的准确度。
