| 摘 要： | 教育生态学是将教育及其生态环境相联系，并以其相互关系及其机理为研究对象的一门新兴学科，是教育学和生态学相互渗透的结果。本文将高校教师队伍看成一个教育生态学的因子，研究其因子在教育生态学中的作用规律和其自身内部的运转特征，揭示了教育生态某一因子和环境之间的关系及其对教育系统的作用和影响。

| Abstract: | The educational ecology is a new subject which relates the education and the ecological environment,using the relation and the principia as research object.It is the result of the infiltration of the pedagogy and the ecology.This article regards the troop of universities' teachers as a factor of the educational ecology,researching the function rule and its own work character.It reveals the relation between some factors of educational ecology and the environment,also the function and the influence to the educational system by it. |
