| Abstract: | The paper discusses teachers in vocational colleges must have the knowledge of culture of enterprise, and the knowledge of direction of obtaining employment, and the knowledge of theoretics of higher vocational education. It also expatiates on improving teachers＇ diathesis of modern education to acclimatize oneself to the development of education. |
