摘    要:目的为能够更全面透彻地理解绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)的结构、特性及应用中的注意事项,正确选择和使用IGBT器件及其系统,更好地将IGBT应用于变频器中。方法具体深入地分析IGBT特性,从实践出发对IGBT在变频器方面的应用进行研究。结果详尽分析了IGBT的静态和动态特性、擎住效应、安全工作区等,并从系统构成和实际应用角度对影响IGBT特性的主要因素进行了分析研究;探讨了IGBT在变频器应用中被易损坏的原因及解决的措施。结论 IGBT的结构、特性及应用的深入理解对正确选择该器件有一定的实用价值。

Abstract:Objective--To fully understand the structure, characteristics and precautions in the applicationof IGBT, choose and apply exactly IGBT devices, and introduce IGBT to frequency converter. Methods--Thecharacteristics of IGBT was analyzed specifically and deeply, and the application of IGBT in the inverter wasresearched from practical point. Results--The static and dynamic characteristics, latch-up effect, safe operat-ing areas of IGBT were analyzed in detail; The main factors affecting the IGBT characteristics were researchedfrom the aspects of the system structure and practical application; the reason why IGBT is damaged easily ininverter application and the solutions were investigated. Conclusion--The IGBT's structure, properties and ap-plications can be further understood, which has certain practical value in the correct selection.
