湘西地区脑卒中患者社区康复需求及影响因素

为了了解湘西地区脑卒中患者社区康复需求及影响因素，采用分层整群抽样方法，对湘西地区206名脑卒中患者进行问卷调查.调查结果表明，46.6%患者不知道社区康复，对社区康复的需求主要为康复训练、康复治疗、康复知识普及、康复护理等.多因素logistic回归分析检验表明，子女数情况是康复知识普及需求的第1位影响因素，医疗费用承担方式是康复转介服务需求的第1位影响因素，年龄是康复护理需求的第1位影响因素.湘西地区脑卒中患者对社区康复的认知程度低，对社区康复需求呈多样化，子女数情况、医疗费用承担方式、年龄等对社区康复需求有重要影响.

Community-Based Rehabilitation Demand of Stroke Patients in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture and Influential Factors

To obtain the information of community-based rehabilitation demands of stroke patients in Xiangxi autonomous prefecture and the relevant influential factors, stratified cluster sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 206 stroke patients in Xiangxi. Results showed that 46.6% patients had never heard of community-based rehabilitation~ the community-based rehabilitation demands mainly included rehabilitation training ,rehabilitation treatment, rehabilitation knowledge popu- larization, and rehabilitation nursing. Multiple factor logistic regression test showed that the number of patients＂ children was the first influential factor on rehabilitation knowledge popularization and rehabilita- tion demand, medical expense was the first influential factor on rehabilitation referral service demand, and age was the first influential factor on rehabilitation nursing demand. It can be concluded that stroke pa- tients in Xiangxi have low degree of awareness of community-based rehabilitation,community rehabilitation demands are diversified, and the number of patients children, medical expenses, and age have important impact on the community-based rehabilitation demands.
