摘    要:研究了不同交联比(NaAlO2交联剂/PE92磷酸酯胶凝剂)对NaAlO2与PE92交联反应体系的pH值以及对磷酸酯铝类油基冻胶压裂液粘度的影响,并探讨了硫酸的浓度对磷酸酯铝类油基冻胶压裂液的最佳交联比、最佳交联pH值以及其耐温能力的影响.结果表明:(1)NaAlO2与PE92交联反应体系的pH值随着交联比的增大而增大;(2)磷酸酯铝类油基冻胶压裂液最佳交联pH值为440~4.60;(3)硫酸的浓度对磷酸酯铝类油基冻胶压裂液的最佳交联pH值没有影响,但磷酸酯铝类油基冻胶压裂液的最佳交联比随着硫酸浓度的增大而增大;(4)在磷酸酯铝类油基冻胶压裂液中加入硫酸后,可以使其耐温能力提高18℃左右.

Abstract:The influences of the different ratioes of NaAlO 2 to PE92 gellant on the pH value of the resultant of NaAlO 2 and PE92 cross linking reaction, and on the viscosity of oil base gelled fracturing fluid are studied. And the effects of H 2SO 4 concentration on the optimum ratio of NaAlO 2 to PE92, the pH value under the optimum ratio, and the temperature resistance of oil base gelled fracturing fluid are also discussed. The experimental results show that (1) the pH value increases with the increase of NaAlO 2 to PE92 ratio. (2) the pH value under the optimum ratio is in the range of 4.40~4.60, which has nothing to do with the concentration of H 2SO 4.(3) the optimum ratio increases with the increase of the concentration of H 2SO 4. (4) if 0.8g H 2SO 4, 1g PE92, 1 56g NaAlO 2 are contained in a litre of oil base gelled fracturing fluid, the temperature resistance of the fracturing fluid will increas by 18℃。
