| 摘 要： | 研究了铜(Ⅱ)-叶酸配合物的形成条件,在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中(pH5.00),Cu(Ⅱ)可以与叶酸形成稳定配合物,配比分别为1∶1和1∶2,条件稳定常数分别为β′1=1.25×103,β′2=2.50×106.

| Abstract: | The formation condition and mechanism of the complex of copper(Ⅱ)and Folic Acid were studies by ultraviolet spectrophotometey.In phosphate buffer solution(pH 5.00).Folic Acid reacted with copper(Ⅱ) to form two complexes.The ratio of copper(Ⅱ)and Folic Acid were 1∶1 and 1∶2,the appearent formation constant were β′1 =1.25 × 103,β′2=2.50×106. |
