| 摘 要： | 废旧日光灯管中含有金属汞，属于《国家危险废物名录》中的HW29含汞废物类．随意排放会对环境造成污染，必须进行无害化处理．废旧日光灯管存在着点源分散、面广、收集、包装、运输难等特点，不利于集中处理和处置．经认真分析研究国内外日光灯管处理技术及设备，自行研究出废旧日光灯管的小型一体化处理技术及装置，该技术将多元化处理技术合理组合，使其设备具有结构合理、紧凑，占地面积小，自动化程度高，运行费用低等特点，含汞废气的排放满足中华人民共和国《大气污染物综合排放标准》的限值，可根据收集区域合理布局，便于应用和推广．

| Abstract: | Mercury-containing waste lightning tubes are included in HW29 of State Hazardous Waste List, random careless disposal of which will lead to environmental pollution. Centralized treatment and disposal of lightning tubes are restricted by the factors, such as scattered storage, difficulty in packaging and transportation. A small-scale integrates device, which integrates different treatment techniques, is developed based on analysis and study of waste lightning treatment facilities at home and abroad. The device is of small scale, automatic control, low operation cost and the gas emission being in compliance with Emission Limits of Air Pollutants. |
