| Abstract: | Glycoluril was synthesised by the acid catalyzed condensation reaction between glyoxal and urea. The effects of mole ratio of urea to glyoxal, pH value, the reaction time, temperature and frequency in drop-adding glyoxal on the yield of glycoluril were inrestigated. Some physical parameters of glycoluril were determined by IR and DSC. |
