论高校图书馆信息咨询服务特点与评价标准

摘    要:信息咨询服务是图书馆读服务的精髓,它的服务内容和服务质量被看成是衡量整个图书馆服务水平的标尺。随着高校图书馆信息咨询服务内容的不断变化和提升,对信息咨询服务的评价准则和评价指标也应该有一个较为统一的认识。

Abstract:Information consultancy service is at the core of reader services of libraries with its contents and quality viewed as the showcase of the service level of the libraries. Considering the constant change and upgrading of the consultancy contents provided by academic libraries, we should come to a relative common perception on the e-valuation criteria and performance indicators for this kind of service.
