| Abstract: | Information consultancy service is at the core of reader services of libraries with its contents and quality viewed as the showcase of the service level of the libraries. Considering the constant change and upgrading of the consultancy contents provided by academic libraries, we should come to a relative common perception on the e-valuation criteria and performance indicators for this kind of service. |
