桑塔纳330K8BLOL柴油机轿车传动系统传动比的优化

摘    要:对桑塔纳330K8BLOL型轿车以1.9LTDI柴油机为配套动力时,从动力性和经济性角度对传动系统的参数进行了优化,提出了合适的变速器传动比和主传动比.使用SantanaLX五档变速器,且主传动比为3.889,可使轿车动力性有所提高,并且使油耗减少30%左右.

Abstract:A simulating prediction of the powertrain performance of a Santana 330K8BLOL car equipped with diesel engine is carried out and the powertrain specification is optimized for the power output and fuel economy.The results give the suitable gear ratio of the transmission and the final drive gear.By using Santana LX five gear transmission and the 3.889 gear ratio of the final drive gear,the powertrain specification is improved and the fuel consumpation is reduced about 30%.
