HDTV视频编码器的场景切换

当图象序列的帧与帧之间发生场景切换时，会影响视频编码器的编码质量．为提高高清晰度电视（ＨＤＴＶ）的视频编码器的编码质量，针对其采用的国际标准ＭＰＥＧ－２中ＧＯＰ的结构，提出按场景切换对齐的一种新的ＧＯＰ格式．软件模拟结果显示，ＭＳＥ值明显缩小，ＳＮＲ提高了３ｄＢ，效果较好．

Scene Cut of HDTV Video Encoder

When scene cut occurs between frames of a picture sequence, this may affect quality of a video encoder. In order to improve the quality of the encoder of HDTV, a new GOP structure is proposed according to the GOP structure of the international standard MPEG 2 which is adopted by the HDTV encoder. In a general video encoder, a constant GOP format is adopted and the effect of scene cut on the quality of encoder is ignored. The scene cut of HDTV's video encoder is discussed in this paper and a new GOP format aligned by scene cut is proposed. Through the simulation of software the MSE reduces obviously and the SNR increases by 3 dB, so the result is good.
